A variety of runs including social and structured workouts focusing on speed, strength, and form.
INDOOR & OPEN WATER SWIMS
Coached Indoor Swims during the winter months.
Summer Open Water Swimswill focus on triathlon-specific techniques.
WEEKEND & WEEKDAY GROUP RIDES
Rides will head out from the Bicycle Barn in Hartland.
A, B, C Group Rides with routes provided by coaches.
SATURDAY morning GROUP RUNS
Group runs of various distances and paces. Find a run buddy &push yourselves to the next level.
