We will schedule more classes as needed.

KICKR + Core
Mondays at 8:30 am
Class features one hour of cycling followed by 15 minutes of core.
KICKR + PT
Led by Dr. Hannah Sutter-Balke, DPT.
Tuesdays at 5:45 pm for pre-class PT warm-up: 15 minutes of PT followed by one hour of cycling (starting at 6pm).
Thursdays at 7:00 am for post-class PT mobility: one hour of cycling followed by 15 minutes of PT).
ENDURANCE RIDES
Sundays: 8:00am
Our Sunday rides will be 90 minutes. One Sunday per month will be a longer, high endurance ride. Details and dates to come.
