Mondays at 8:30 am and Friday at 9:00 am respectively
Both classes feature one hour of cycling followed by 15 minutes of core or 30 minutes of yoga.
KICKR + PT
Led by Dr. Hannah Sutter-Balke, DPT.
Tuesdays at 5:45 pm for pre-class PT warm-up: 15 minutes of PT followed by one hour of cycling (starting at 6pm).
Thursdays at 7:00 am for post-class PT mobility: one hour of cycling followed by 15 minutes of PT).
BARN BRICKS
Saturdays: 9:00 am to 11:00 am Coached by our team of experienced triathletes
These workouts are for athletes that want to get in some brick workouts or just want to start adding some running into your training regimen. This is for all levels of cyclists and runners, we will have different routes & distances depending on your speed. The workout will depend on the weather but plan on around 90 minutes of cycling and 20-30 minutes of running. This might be broken into multiple shorter bricks if the weather is nice or just one large brick. These workouts are reserved for athletes that want to do BOTH cycling and running. The key to making these very successful and finishing on time is transitioning and changing quickly.
ENDURANCE RIDES
Sundays: 8:00am
Our Sunday rides will all focus on endurance as we increase the time of each class monthly, with the last Sunday of each month being a setback (shorter) week.
