Premium classes

These specific classes meet once a week and are led by a coach that specializes in that specific discipline.

$75 total to add all premium classes to your membership

(These classes will also fall under your seven or ten day RSVP window and are subject to availability.)

POWER CLINIC

Tuesday Nights:  January 11- Feb 15, 2022 (6 weeks) 

This clinic’s objective will be to build strength and stamina in the threshold zone. Each week will be 60min on the bike with 15min off the bike for strength and core. 

BARN BRICKS

Saturdays:  9:00am to 11:00am     Coached by our team of experienced triathletes

These workouts are for those of you that want to get in some brick workouts or just want to start adding some running into your training regimen. This is for all levels of cyclists and runners, we will have different routes & distances depending on your speed. The workout will depend on the weather but plan on around 90 minutes of cycling and 20-30 minutes of running. This might be broken into multiple shorter bricks if the weather is nice or just one large brick. These workouts are ONLY for people that want to do both biking and running. The key to making these very successful and finishing on time is transitioning & changing quickly.

ENDURANCE RIDES

Sundays:  8:00am

Our Sunday rides will all focus on endurance as we increase the time of each class monthly, with the last Sunday of each month being a setback (shorter) week:

November: 1.5 hrs.

December: 2 hrs.

January: 2.5 hrs.

February: 3 hrs.

March: 3.5 hrs.

April: 4 hrs.

This progression has been developed with the needs of early season Ironman athletes in mind, but all are welcome.
